The Oscar seems divided between Waltz with Bashir The Class of Israel and France. These two movies are the big favorites, and the balance seemed to prefer Waltz with Bashir that he had won the Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film, but under that is an animated film and has not been nominated for an Oscar for Best Animated Film suggests that has not really liked so much as assumed, tipping the balance toward the side of The Class, which I think will be the winner.

  On the other hand this is an Oscar that many times has the surprise and changed the voting system dozens of times, so that any of the nominees could win perfectly. Although my opinion is that The Class will be the winner.
